This year, there are 66 subdivisions in the “Official Subdivision & Builder Guide^©” located in Madison and Limestone Counties in Alabama. All subdivisions are listed alphabetically according to the area in which they are located. A directional map is located on the first page of each section to assist you with finding the subdivisions.

In 2009, the HMCBA decided to add a Builder Section to the “Official Subdivision & Builder Guide^©.” The addition seems to go hand-in-hand with looking at subdivisions. If you choose to build a new home in a particular subdivision, you will need to find a builder that can build your new home. There are 36 builders listed in the Builder Section that defines the areas they build in, type, size and price range of homes they build, information on the company and experience they have. Please contact these builders to see if they can assist you build your dream home.
