Madison County and the surrounding counties are growing by leaps and bounds. New subdivisions and new homes are popping up around almost every corner. With that thought in mind, the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association (HMCBA) created this website called the “Official Subdivision Guide^©” to provide consumers with a listing of these new communities and their amenities. Offering information such as directions, home & lot pricing, home square footage limitation, schools, amenities, pictures and developer & sales contact information, this site provides consumers an opportunity to browse the new home communities and determine their interests before they actually get in their cars.

This year, there are 76 subdivisions in the Official Subdivision Guide^© located in Madison and Limestone Counties in Alabama. All subdivisions are listed alphabetically according to the area in which they are located. A directional map is located on the first page of each section to assist you with finding the subdivisions.
